The 15th century Château of St Philippe, modelled on the Gascon castels (small castles). It can be seen from the bridge over the Garonne, where it occupies a privileged position on the left bank, one which is not subject to flooding.
The Church of St Nicolas de la Balerme: Destroyed during the Wars of Religion, it was rebuilt towards the end of the 16th century in a mix of Romanesque and Gothic styles. The church is home to a wooden statue of St Roch, who had meanwhile become the patron saint of the parish. It was carved by a local craftsman during the 15th century and is a classified statue.
